We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The staff were wonderful and the service was prompt. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and modern. The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options. The location was safe and surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, and mini supermarkets. Transportation was convenient, with a taxi stand right at the door and bus stops nearby.
For us, it was ideal.

I was kinda surprised by the thoughtful gesture of the hotel staff who went out of their way to make my birthday special with a piece of cake and a heartfelt note. The location of the hotel was excellent and the quality of service and food exceeded my expectations. The room service was prompt and the overall experience was really good.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. it is surrounded by expensive shops in the Jardims area, providing a great shopping experience. The location is in a safer area of Sao Paulo, away from the grittier parts of the city.
The hotel lacks English speaking staff, which can be challenging for non-Portuguese speakers.

Very helpful staff, even at 4am. Well-dressed and pleasant. Gym availability confirmed. Great breakfast menu. Fantastic room with a lounge and separate bedroom. Flippable TV in both rooms. Clean room with blackout curtains. Good location near Vila Madalena. Nice pool.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a short walk to the metro station and there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The staff here were fantastic, always ready to assist and with great English-speaking skills. The indoor swimming pool was a highlight, especially since it rains a lot in this city. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with a separate bedroom and lounge area. The blackout curtains ensured a peaceful sleep and the flippable TV was a nice touch. The free WiFi was reliable and I even received a call from the support team to reset it when it became spotty. All in all, I had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.
This place is a gem and I highly recommend it to all.
